32m Nigerians yet to do their BVN registration one month to deadline

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has said that 32 million active bank accounts have yet to be enrolled on the Biometric Verification Number (BVN) by September. This was made known by CBN's Director, CorporateCOMMUNICATIONS Muzau Ibrahim in a statement released today September 25th. The deadline for the exercise was extended to October 31 after many Nigerians failed to do their registration on June 30.
